Dr. Delaney Spaulding
Dentist

Ross Bridge Dentistry isn’t just a workplace for Dr. Spaulding, it’s a realization of her vision. It’s where clinical excellence, innovation, and community come together, supported by a team that truly feels like family. It has also become a platform for rethinking what modern dentistry can look like, both inside and outside the operatory.

Dr. Spaulding’s journey in dentistry began in 2009 as a dental assistant before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2018. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Georgia and has pursued advanced training in facial aesthetics including Botox, fillers, Platelet Rich Fibrin, and microneedling.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Spaulding has become a recognized voice in dental innovation, particularly in the integration of AI and digital workflows into everyday practice. She collaborates with emerging dental technology companies, serves as an advisor and beta tester, and is building a consulting platform focused on helping dentists modernize their practices with simple, scalable systems.

Her passion for education is evident through her role as a guest lecturer at the UAB School of Dentistry, where she teaches in the Business of Dentistry course. She is also the co-founder of Dental Practice Matchmaker and regularly shares insights through speaking engagements and podcasts on practice ownership and growth.

At the core of her philosophy is a commitment to patient clarity and trust. She believes patients should fully understand their care and is known for making complex concepts approachable. At Ross Bridge Dentistry, she values not just creating beautiful smiles, but building long-term relationships.

Outside of the office, Dr. Spaulding lives in the Riverchase community with her husband, Andrew Spaulding, and their three sons, Riley, Elias, and Addison. She enjoys hosting gatherings, playing Mahjong, and bringing people together both in her personal life and within the dental community.

Dr. Haleigh Blackwell
Dentist

Dr. Haleigh Blackwell is a compassionate and accomplished dentist with a passion for helping patients achieve confident, radiant smiles. A proud alumna of Hoover High School, Southern Methodist University, and UAB School of Dentistry, Dr. Blackwell has been serving the dental field since 2011.

Her dedication to excellence extends beyond dentistry. As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete and Miss Alabama USA 2006, she brings discipline, grace, and a personal touch to her practice. Known for her approachable nature, sharp sense of humor, and genuine care, patients consistently remark on how easy and enjoyable she makes their dental visits.

Outside the office, Dr. Blackwell has been married to her best friend, Austin, since 2009, and they share three wonderful children: Ben, Reece, and Elleigh. She loves baking desserts, teaching and practicing yoga, attending Church of the Highlands, and modeling for local clothing boutiques.

Dr. Blackwell finds great joy in working alongside a team of brilliant, caring women while using her skills to make a difference in the lives of her patients. Through her work, she combines her talents and blessings to create smiles and connections that last a lifetime.

Dr. Kelli Albritton 
Dentist

Dr. Kelli Albritton is a compassionate and highly trained dentist with a passion for providing comprehensive, thoughtful care to her patients. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, she attended the University of Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Cell Science, before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2008.

Dr. Albritton began her career in public health in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, caring for patients in underserved communities. In 2010, she opened Albritton and Ardovino Family Dentistry with her dental school classmate, Dr. Ann Ardovino. Her dedication to continuing education has led her to advanced training in comprehensive dentistry, TMJ disorders, muscular pain, sleep apnea, same-day digital restorations, and neurotoxin treatment for both esthetics and TMJ therapy.

A Dawson Academy Fellow and Alumni Scholar, Dr. Albritton has also studied with the Pankey Institute, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Esthetic Skin Institute, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She has been a CEREC doctor since 2017, using digital technology to provide same-day restorations for her patients.

Outside the office, Dr. Albritton is married to her husband, Michael, an Andalusia, Alabama native. They have beautiful twin daughters, Avery and Clara, and a dog named Sadie. She enjoys exercising, reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Albritton finds great joy in building lasting relationships with her patients while helping them feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Through her advanced training and gentle approach, she is able to create healthy smiles and meaningful connections that last a lifetime.

Brailey

Dental Assistant

Ross Bridge Dentistry isn’t just a workplace for Brailey, it’s a place where her natural desire to serve others comes to life. With a true servant’s heart, she is passionate about helping people feel cared for, valued, and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

Brailey’s journey into dentistry began early, knowing from a young age that she wanted to be in the dental field. After graduating high school in 2024, she completed a 12-week dental assisting program and quickly stepped into her role, eager to begin working with patients and growing her skills.

What Brailey loves most about her role is building relationships with patients and hearing their stories. She believes every patient is different and brings their own experiences with them, which is why she is especially focused on making each person feel at ease and truly cared for during their visit. Her ability to comfort patients and create a calm, welcoming environment is one of her greatest strengths.

At Ross Bridge Dentistry, Brailey values the family-like atmosphere and the way every patient is treated like part of that family. She is passionate about continuing to grow in the field and hopes to pursue dental hygiene in the future.

Outside of the office, Brailey enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves being at the beach. She’s also a big Disney fan and says that if she weren’t in dentistry, you might find her working as a cast member at Disney World.

Emily
Office Manager

Emily exudes warmth and professionalism as the Front Office Administrator. With a passion for communication and a knack for building genuine connections, Emily plays a pivotal role in welcoming and assisting patients with care and efficiency.

Entering the field of dentistry with a focus on patient interaction, Emily finds immense fulfillment in her role. She thrives on the opportunity to communicate with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step through the door. Emily’s genuine smile and warm demeanor create a welcoming atmosphere, making every visit to the dental office a pleasant experience for clients.  With a deep appreciation for her coworkers and the supportive environment at Ross Bridge Dentistry, Emily looks forward to each day, knowing she is part of a team that feels like family.

Outside of work, Emily leads a fulfilling life surrounded by loved ones and hobbies. As a dog mom to a golden and Aussie mix, she cherishes time spent outdoors with her furry companions. Married for five years, Emily values her family and enjoys leisurely activities such as reading.

Amy
Registered Dental Hygienist

Amy, a seasoned dental hygienist with over two decades of experience, has been providing exceptional dental care since 1998. Graduating from the UAB Dental Hygiene Program in 2001, Amy has dedicated her career to fostering a comfortable and positive experience for her patients. Her genuine empathy and commitment to excellence shine through in every interaction.

At Ross Bridge Dentistry, Amy’s patients value her warm and empathetic approach. She takes pride in helping patients overcome dental anxiety and ensuring they leave with a smile. Living and working in the same community adds an extra layer of connection, allowing Amy to engage with patients beyond their dental needs, sharing in their joys and concerns about family and neighborhood happenings.

Outside of work, Amy finds joy in motherhood, raising two active boys and enjoying quality time with her family. When not cheering on her sons at sports events, she relishes travel adventures and cherishes quiet moments at home with her beloved cavapoo companions. Amy’s dedication to her profession, coupled with her vibrant presence in her community, underscores her passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives, both inside and outside the dental chair.

Leah
Registered Dental Hygienist

Leah entered the field in 2015 and has since excelled in forming strong professional relationships with her patients. Leah enjoys making her patients feel comfortable and at ease while in the dental chair. Leah appreciates the sense of camaraderie among her coworkers, who feel like family, and the supportive leadership of Dr. Spaulding. Plus, having the opportunity to bring her youngest to work with her every day adds an extra layer of fulfillment to her professional life.

With a dedication to personalized care, Leah’s patients appreciate her genuine interest in getting to know them beyond their dental needs. Her patients appreciate her personalized approach, as she takes the time to connect with them on a personal level, fostering trust and rapport. Her ability to create a comfortable atmosphere in the dental chair stems from her commitment to building trust and rapport with each individual, making every appointment a positive experience.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Leah finds joy in her family life, sharing adventures with her husband Morgan and their two boys, Drake and Asher. As avid travelers and Disney enthusiasts, they cherish making memories together. Leah’s passion for Auburn football adds an extra spark to her personal life, rounding out her vibrant personality both in and out of the dental office.
